「HOWL LAB」
BEAR NIGHTとはまた違うお祭り。ロックからもポップからも離れて、アートと音楽と飲み物と居心地の良い空間が一体になった、小さなPartyを始めます。
最近は毎日のように外国の友達、アーティストが日本に遊びにきます。その時にいつでもこの東京で彼ら彼女たちが表現できる場所を作っておきたいのです。皆さんはただここでアートを見ることもできますし、音楽に耳を傾けることもできるし、人と話してもいいし、話さなくてもいい。自由にそれがつながっていって、寛いでもらって、みんなが本当の意味で自由でいられる、そんな実験的な居場所を作ろうと思っています。
今回は写真家として僕が撮りためた写真の展示と、作品にあわせたAmbient musicのパフォーマンス、そして、ファンコミュニティーであるPALACE Premiumの限定ライブ。最終日にはどなたでもご来場頂けるライブパフォーマンスがあります。
これはまだ小さなMovementですが、これがうまくいったらゆくゆくは映像表現やダンサー、音楽以外の人たちとも積極的にコラボレーションする、アートと世界とみんなをつなぐ壮大な実験場にしていこうと考えています。みんなが一緒に遠吠え出来る居場所を作ろうと思います。5月17,18日にふらりと遊びに来てください。（三船雅也）
HOWL LAB is a different kind of festival from BEAR NIGHT. Stepping away from rock and pop, we are starting a small party where art, music, drinks, and a comfortable space come together.Lately, artists and friends from abroad have been visiting Japan almost every day. I want to create a place in Tokyo where they can always have the opportunity to express themselves. You can come here to simply experience art, immerse yourself in music, engage in conversation—or not. Everything flows freely, allowing everyone to relax and truly be themselves. This is an experimental space where freedom takes shape.For this first edition, I will be exhibiting a collection of photographs I have taken, alongside an ambient music performance tailored to the works. There will also be a private live show exclusively for the Palace Premium fan community. And on the final day, we will hold a live performance open to everyone.This is still a small movement, but if it goes well, I hope to expand it into a grand experimental platform that connects art, the world, and people—incorporating video, dance, and other forms of expression beyond music.I want to create a space where we can all howl together.Come drop by during 17,18 May.
