29Speedway、VAAGNER、Amulet of Tears 等国内外からリリースを続けてきたyolabmiが、満を辞して第2回目のMADPIAを開催する。
第2回目のMADPIAには、Gost Zvuk の創設者であり現代ロシアのエレクトロニックミュージック界のリーダーである low808、Gost Zvuk やWest Mineral Ltd 、Motion Ward 等から数多くのマスターピースを発表し続けるOL、ANWO RECORDSを創設し、Soda Gong、Firecracker RecordingsやWest Mineral Ltd.のレジデントを務めるFlaty、enmossedをはじめとする国内外のレーベルからリリースし続けライブ毎に進化し続けるシンセシストJoe Fujinoki、angoisseのコンピレーションで素晴らしい曲をドロップし、近日新作をリリース予定の非アンビエントプロデューサーPerfect Skinが出演する。
"Even if we knew that tomorrow the world would go to pieces, we would still play music."をテーマに掲げる本イベントは、音楽やアートを共通言語に親交を深めることを目的とし、ジャンルや国境を超えて集結したアーティスト達と共に新たな音楽体験を提示する。
Tokyo-based experimental & ambient producer yolabmi hosts the second edition of his genre expansive party MADPIA at Spread Shimokitazawa, with OL, Flaty, low808, Joe Fujinoki and Perfect Skin.
MADPIA #2 will feature low808, the founder of Gost Zvuk and a leading figure in contemporary Russian electronic music; OL, who has consistently released masterpieces on labels such as Gost Zvuk, West Mineral Ltd, and Motion Ward; Flaty, the founder of ANWO RECORDS and a resident artist for labels like Soda Gong, Firecracker Recordings, and West Mineral Ltd; Joe Fujinoki, a synthesist who continues to evolve with each live performance and has released works on both domestic and international labels including enmossed; and Perfect Skin, a non-ambient producer who made a notable contribution to the angoisse compilation and is set to release new material soon.
The theme of the party is "Even if we knew that tomorrow the world would go to pieces, we would still play music." It's a homage to the words of Martin Luther. We aim to deepen friendships through music and art as a common language, and provide a new platform with artists from across genres.
