【 Richie Hawtin、Chris Liebing等、世界的ビックネームが太鼓判を押すUKテクノの注目株、Gary Beck 】
SLAMと共にUKテクノ・シーンを牽引し、世界的規模での活躍で、日本でもファンが増殖中の人気アクトのGary Beckが再来日！
今回はヨーロッパを筆頭に世界中でのDJとしての活躍と著名レーベルからのリリースでプロデューサーとしても国内外で活躍するDRUNKEN KONG主宰パーティーSHAPEへ登場。
ROOM1では、DRUNKEN KONGに加えて、名門テクノレーベルであるTronicからもリリースを果たし国内/海外で活躍するSTANLLIEとBARBIEによるDJデュオKulage、Pig&Dan、Christian Smith、Chris Liebing やSebastian Mullaertとも共演しているJITがプレイする。
ROOM2では、ダンサーとしての豊かな経験を基にジャズからテクノまでを幅広くプレイしさまざまなシチュエーションで活動するYOKO a.k.a LAiR、90年代にDJ活動開始し長いキャリアに裏打ちされたDJスキルに定評があるavion、ハウス/テクノなどイーブンキックを軸にグレッシブかつグルーヴィーなサウンドのRINALUCKY、2022年からキャリアをスタートし都内を中心に活動するWAKA XINXI、ミニマル/ディープハウスからサイケデリックなテクノまで幅広くプレイするTOCHANがプレイする。
Gary Beck, one of the UK’s leading techno figures praised by heavyweights like Richie Hawtin and Chris Liebing, is set to take over the decks at VENT!
Gary Beck, a driving force in the UK techno scene alongside Slam and a global favorite with a strong following in Japan, returns to Japan! This time, he’ll be headlining Shape, the party hosted by Drunken Kong, an internationally active DJ and producer with releases on top labels both at home and abroad.
In addition to Drunken Kong, Room 1 will feature Kulage, the DJ duo of Stanllie and Barbie, known for their releases on the acclaimed techno label Tronic and their active presence both in Japan and overseas. Also joining the lineup is JIT, who has shared the stage with heavyweights like Pig & Dan, Christian Smith, Chris Liebing, and Sebastian Mullaert.
In Room 2, Yoko a.k.a. LAiR brings her dancer’s sensibility to a wide-ranging selection from jazz to techno. Joining her is avion, a seasoned DJ since the '90s known for his refined technique; Rinalucky, who delivers a progressive and groovy sound rooted in steady kicks, house, and techno; and Waka Xinxi, a rising talent since 2022, active mainly in Tokyo with a focus on minimal and deep house.
