Please be sure to read all the information below and only purchase tickets if you agree. All items listed apply not only to the person who purchased the ticket, but also to their companions. If you purchase a ticket or participate in this event, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by all of the provisions of these Terms.
【IMPORTANT】This event uses AnyPASS digital tickets
All tickets for this event are digital tickets issued via the smartphone app "AnyPASS."
Every participant, including your companions, needs their own smartphone that runs a
supported OS and can use SMS authentication.
■About ticket issuance for this event
・Tickets for this performance are issued not via the LivePocket digital ticket, but via
"AnyPASS," a digital-ticket app operated by avex Live Creative Inc.
・Ticket issuance begins five days before the performance day. For 2-day tickets, this is
based on the first day.
・Ticket issuance uses the name, phone number, and email address registered as of
September 6. If you need to change them, update your registered information on your
LivePocket My Page up to that date. On or after that date, please contact the AnyPASS
inquiry form (≫ https://store.anypass.jp/contact) (identity verification required).
・One ticket from each order always remains as the purchaser's own and cannot be
distributed to companions. If you place multiple separate orders, one ticket from each
order will remain with you. If you are buying on behalf of a group, please note that the
purchaser must attend.
・For ticket issuance, we provide your name, address, date of birth, gender, phone number,
and email address to the AnyPASS operating company (avex Live Creative Inc.).
■About the mobile phone number you registered at purchase
*Tickets can be received only on the device with the mobile phone number you registered at
purchase, so please do not change or cancel that number until the performance day.
However, changing devices while keeping the same phone number is not a problem.
■Digital ticket receipt date (planned)
Issuance (your ticket appearing in the AnyPASS app) is scheduled to begin at 15:00, five
days before the performance day.
・For Saturday, September 19 (1-day and 2-day tickets) … from 15:00 on Monday, September 14
・For Sunday, September 20 (1-day tickets) … from 15:00 on Tuesday, September 15
*For 2-day tickets, issuance is based on the first day (September 19), and both days'
tickets are issued from 15:00 on Monday, September 14.
*Your ticket will not appear in the AnyPASS app before issuance begins.
*Once issuance begins, AnyPASS will send a notice email to the email address you registered
at purchase, so please download the app on the device with the mobile phone number you
registered at purchase, and receive your ticket.
*The issuance date and time may change, so please check the official site or the AnyPASS
app from time to time.
*Access may be congested immediately after issuance begins.
■Getting the AnyPASS app ready
Please download the AnyPASS app on the smartphone whose number you entered in the mobile
phone number field of your customer information at the time of application, and complete
the (free) user registration.

*It cannot be used on feature phones ("gara-kei") or tablet devices, etc.
*An active mobile phone number that can receive SMS, and an internet connection, are required.
■About entry and distribution
*At entry, please present one ticket per person to enter. Please distribute tickets to your
companions from the AnyPASS app. Your companions also need the AnyPASS app when they
receive their tickets.
*You cannot enter even if you present a printout or a screenshot.
■About official resale
・For the tickets you have purchased, we plan to run an official resale service at a later
date. The official resale service provides a mechanism whereby a person who can no longer
attend this event can release their ticket, and a person who wants to attend can purchase
it. If you become unable to attend, please use the official resale service that will be
announced later.
・Use of the official resale service is limited to those who received their ticket via
AnyPASS and who hold an account at a branch in Japan of a financial institution listed at
≫https://www.zengin-net.jp/zengin_system/member/ . Details about the official resale will
be announced separately.
・Listing a 2-day pass for official resale is possible only as a 2-day pass. You cannot list
a ticket for only one of the two days.

■U-23 (only for those under 23 years old) About tickets
・U-23 tickets are available only to those aged 18 to 22 as of the event day. Those aged 23 or older are not eligible.
・If it is discovered that you are 23 years of age or older at the time of entry on the day of this event, you will be refused entry. Ticket fees will not be refunded in that case.
■No entry for those under 18 years old
・Please bring an ID to confirm your age on the day.
・The age of not only those who have purchased tickets but also those accompanying them will be checked on the day of admission, so please remember to bring one of the following forms of identification. (Your age as of the day of the event applies)
* Expired ID cards will be invalidated. Also, please keep it in its officially issued state. (Copies and images are not allowed)
*My Number Card, Basic Resident Register Card, and Student ID card are only valid if the person's photo and current address can be confirmed.
*If you cannot confirm your age, you will be refused entry.
There will be no refunds for ticket fees in such cases.

■About alcohol sales and use of smoking areas
・Customers visiting the venue, regardless of which country they come from, must abide by the "Act on Prohibition of Drinking by Persons Under 20 Years of Age" and the "Act on Prohibition of Smoking by Persons Under 20 Years of Age" in accordance with Japanese laws. Please comply with the "Laws Concerning the Prohibition of Smoking."
・Each time we sell alcohol or use a smoking area, we will check the wristbands given to customers over 20 years of age upon entry (see "■Precautions when visiting" in the Notes section).
・If you cannot confirm the above wristband, you will not be able to sell alcohol or use the smoking area.
・The venue, organizer, and artist will not be held responsible if a customer who has purchased alcohol provides alcohol to another person.
・If the following items are discovered, you will be prohibited from entering or re-entering the venue, you will be forced to leave the venue area, and you will be prohibited from re-entering the venue during the event.
Additionally, the organizer will notify the police if necessary. Ticket fees will not be refunded in that case.
The venue, organizer, and artist will not be held responsible for any troubles related to the matters listed below.
① If a person under the age of 20 is found drinking or smoking inside the venue.
② If a person under the age of 20 is found to be drinking or smoking upon entering or re-entering.
③ If a customer wearing a wristband given to a customer over 20 years of age transfers alcohol or tobacco to a person under 20 years of age.
④ If it is discovered that a person under the age of 20 is wearing a wristband given to a customer over the age of 20 due to fraudulent acts such as forging an ID or transferring a wristband.
In this case, the customer who transferred the ticket will also be forced to leave.
⑤ In other cases where a violation of the law is discovered or the organizer deems it to be inappropriate or dangerous.
・The venue, organizers, and artists will not be held responsible for any troubles caused by minors drinking or smoking while visiting or returning home.
・Please refrain from excessive drinking. If the staff deems it dangerous, you will be asked to leave. Ticket fees will not be refunded accordingly.
■Video/photo shooting
・At this event, the organizer will film and photograph the venue. If you participate in this event, the videos and photos taken may be used in various media, online media such as SNS, products, etc. Please note that you agree not to exercise portrait rights or privacy rights, and not to request any compensation.
■Refund
・Once tickets have been purchased, cancellations, changes, and refunds are not possible due to the customer's convenience.
・Even if you are prohibited from entering or are ejected from the venue due to violation of these terms and conditions, ticket fees will not be refunded.
・Since this event is an event with multiple artists performing, the performing artists may be changed or canceled at short notice, but no cancellations, changes, or refunds can be made after ticket purchase.
・If the performance is canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, ticket fees will not be refunded.
