＜チケット購入について＞
1.チケットは全席指定となります。
2.2枚のチケットを購入する場合、同行者もアカウントを登録し、チケットを購入後、ウェブサイトの指示に従って購入者と同行者のアカウントを関連付ける必要があります。イベント当日、同行者は購入者と一緒に入場して頂き、スタッフがチケット情報を確認する必要があります。確認ができない場合は入場することができません。
3.6歳未満の方はチケットの購入と入場ができません。チケットを購入する際に、ユーザーは商品を購入する権利能力及び行為能力を有することを承認し、注文時に提供したすべての情報の信頼性に対して責任を負います。ユーザーが未成年者の場合、事前に保護者の同意を得て下さい。未成年者がチケットを購入する場合、主催者側は、当該未成年者が保護者の同意を得ているものとみなします。もしくは、保護者がチケットを代わりに購入し、入場時にご自身とチケット購入者との関係を証明できる家族関係証明書をご持参ください。ユーザーの注文後、第三者の報告や主催者側自身により、ユーザーが購入資格を有せずまたは購入能力に問題があることが判明した場合、取引の安全を確保するため、入場をお断りする場合がございます。
4.チケットを購入する際には、ご本人の情報を正確に確認してください。購入後のチケットの交換や払い戻しはできません。 5.他の転売サイトからのチケット購入はご遠慮ください。転売チケットでは会場への入場ができません。
＜入場について＞
1.入場は11:00（UTC＋9）からです。入場受付の際には、写真付きの公的な身分証明書（コピー不可）を確認し、マスクを外していただき、顔を確認させていただきます。海外在住の方はパスポートをご提示ください。チケット購入者本人であることを証明できない場合は入場することができません。
2.会場内へは、危険物、法律で禁止されている物の持ち込みは一切禁止致します。 また、他のお客様のご迷惑や怪我の原因になる物の持ち込みも禁止です。スタッフの検査にご協力ください。ご協力いただけない場合、強制的に退場となります。
3.入場がお断りされた場合、お客様の自己都合による入場拒否や退場の場合、払い戻しはできません。
＜About Purchasing Ticket＞
1. The tickets are for designated seats.
2. When purchasing two tickets, the companion also needs to register an account, and the ticket purchaser needs to associate the account with the companion according to the guidelines of the ticket website after purchasing the ticket. On the day of admission, the companions need to enter the venue together with the ticket purchasers, and the staff will check the ticket information, otherwise, they will not be able to enter the venue.
3. Ticket purchases and admission to this event are prohibited for children under the age of 6. Minors need to obtain the consent of their legal guardians before purchasing tickets. The completion of ticket purchase will be deemed to have obtained the consent of the legal guardian. If it is found that the ticket purchase process or identity information is not in compliance, you will not be admitted.
4. Please confirm your information when you purchase tickets. Content cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
5. Do not purchase tickets from other resale sites, resale tickets will not be accepted.
＜About Admission＞
1. Admission starts at 11:00 (UTC+9) on each match day. When registering, the official will ask you to show your official photo ID. If you are not a local resident of Japan, please show your passport. Photocopies of the ID will not be accepted, and you will be asked to take off your mask for facial recognition. If it is not possible to prove you are the ticket purchaser, admission will not be allowed.
2. All the fragile and flammable items that may cause personal injury are forbidden. Items with suggestive, insulting and vulgar slogans are prohibited from entering the venue. Please cooperate with the staffs' inspection, If you are found with prohibited items, you will be forced to leave. Serious cases will be handled by the police according to law.
3. Refunds will not be given in the event of refusal to enter or leave the venue due to ticket purchase information or personal reasons.
