■About U-20 tickets (under 20 years old only)

・Tickets are only available for those aged between 18 and 19. *Those over the age of 20 are not eligible.

・If it is discovered that you are over 20 years old at the time of admission on the day of this event, we will refuse admission. In that case, the ticket fee will not be refunded.

<<Rules in the venue>>

・When re-entering, please present the wristband you will receive upon entry to the staff.

In addition, baggage inspection and identification card confirmation will be performed each time you re-enter.

・Re-entry is not possible if the wristband and ID cannot be verified.

・Tickets will not be refunded if re-entry is not possible.

・When leaving the venue, we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will be considerate of nearby facilities.

Also, please note that we may collect your wristbands and refuse you to re-enter if we discover that you are drunk, wearing excessively revealing clothes, occupying the toilet, or acting contrary to public order and morals.

・In order to ensure safety after the performance, the venue will be regulated. Please follow the instructions of the staff.

■ Changes to these Terms

・The described measures may be changed depending on the future infection status of the new coronavirus infection and the guidance of administrative agencies. Please note that it is necessary to follow the latest infection control measures.

注意事項

<Be sure to read before applying for tickets>
Please be sure to check all the items below and purchase tickets only if you agree. Not only the person who purchased the ticket but also the companions are subject to all the items listed. If you purchase a ticket or participate in this event, you are deemed to have agreed to apply all the items described in this agreement.

■ Admission under the age of 18 is not allowed
・Please bring an ID card that can confirm your age on the day.
・The age of not only the person who purchased the ticket but also the accompanying person will be checked at the entrance on the day, so please do not forget to bring one of the following ID cards. (Must be of age on the day of the event)
*Expired ID cards are no longer valid. Also, please keep it in the same state as it was officially issued. (Copies and images are not allowed)
* My number cards, basic resident registration cards, and student ID cards are valid only if the person's photo and current address can be confirmed.
* Admission will be refused if age cannot be confirmed.
In that case, the ticket fee will not be refunded.

■ Sales of alcohol and use of smoking areas

・Regardless of which country the visitor is from, in accordance with Japanese law, the "Act on Prohibition of Drinking for Persons Under 20" and "Persons Under 20 Please comply with the "Laws Concerning No Smoking".

・Every time alcohol is sold or a smoking area is used, we will check the wristbands given to customers over the age of 20 at the time of entry (see "Notes when visiting" below)

・If you cannot confirm the above wristband, you cannot sell alcohol or use the smoking area.

・The venue, organizer, and artist will not be held responsible if a customer who purchases alcohol provides alcohol to another person.

・If the following items are discovered, entry and re-entry will be prohibited, you will be forced to leave the venue area, and re-entry will be prohibited during the event.

In addition, the organizer will report to the police as necessary. In that case, the ticket fee will not be refunded.

The venue, organizer, and artist will not be held responsible for any troubles caused by the following matters.

① If a person under the age of 20 is found drinking or smoking in the venue.

② When it is discovered that a person under the age of 20 has been drinking or smoking at the time of entry or re-entry.

③ When a customer wearing a wristband given to customers over the age of 20 gives alcohol or cigarettes to a person under the age of 20.

④ When it is discovered that a person under the age of 20 is wearing a wristband given to a customer over the age of 20 due to fraudulent acts such as the forgery of an identification card or the transfer of a wristband.

In this case, the transferred customer will also be forced to leave.

⑤ In addition, when a violation of law is discovered or the organizer determines that it is inappropriate or dangerous.

・The venue, organizer, and artist will not be held responsible for any troubles caused by underage drinking or smoking when visiting or leaving the venue.

・Please refrain from excessive drinking. If the staff judges it to be dangerous, you will be asked to leave. We will not refund the ticket fee associated with it.

■ Precautions when visiting

・Customers aged 18 to 20 and those aged 20 and older will be required to wear different wristbands when entering the venue. In addition, the wristband for the 2-day ticket must be attached without removing it for 2 days. Wristbands will not be reissued or refunded for any reason, such as loss or damage.

・If you are not wearing a wristband in the venue, or if you are not wearing a designated wristband in an area where you are required to wear it, you will be asked to leave the venue. In that case, the ticket fee will not be refunded.

・Even if you are 18 years old or older, you will not be admitted to high school or equivalent school regardless of age.

・In addition, if the organizer determines that the above applies, we will refuse admission.

・Please contact us in advance if you are visiting in a wheelchair.

・There is no parking lot around the venue. Please come by public transportation.

・Please manage your baggage at your own responsibility.

・The number of lockers provided by the organizer is limited, so please refrain from bringing luggage that cannot be brought into the venue.

・ Baggage inspection will be conducted at the entrance. Please note that if you do not cooperate, we may refuse admission.

・In principle, only one piece of baggage can be brought into the venue. Customers with baggage exceeding 90 cm in total of three sides (length, width, height) will not be allowed to enter.

・You cannot bring in cans, bottles, or plastic bottles. We will not prepare plastic cups for transfer, so please dispose of them at the entrance.

・Umbrellas, cooler boxes, chairs, parasols, mats, explosives such as fireworks, other dangerous goods or items prohibited by law, baggage exceeding the size specified by the organizer, and inconvenience to other guests into the venue We will refuse to bring anything that is judged to be.

・Pets are not allowed to enter.

■ Prohibited acts in the venue

・If the organizer determines that you have committed any of the following prohibited acts, you will be forced to leave the venue. Re-entry during this event is also prohibited. In this case, please note that the organizer will report to the police as necessary.

① Excessive drinking

② Behavior that is suspected of using illegal drugs

③ Any nuisance to other customers

④ Acts that do not follow the instructions of the staff

⑤ Dangerous behavior such as throwing objects on the stage or running towards the stage

⑥ Viewing outside the designated seats/areas

⑦ Excessive exposure, student uniforms, and clothing deemed inappropriate by the organizer

⑧ Behavior that goes against the purpose of the event, order, or good manners

■ Disclaimer

・We kindly ask customers to resolve any troubles between customers, both inside and outside the venue. The venue/organizer and artists will not be held responsible for any trouble, accidents, theft, injury, loss, etc. inside or outside the venue.

■ Exclusion of gang members

・According to the relevant laws and regulations, this event is strictly prohibited from entering those who are suspected of being involved in organized crime groups or other anti-social forces. Please note that those who enter the venue illegally will be forced to leave.

■ Shooting videos and photos

・In this event, the organizer will cover and shoot the venue. If you participate in this event, the videos and photos taken may be used in various media, online media such as SNS, products, etc. Please note that we do not exercise portrait rights or privacy rights, and do not demand compensation.

■ Refund

・Cancellations, changes, and refunds cannot be made for personal reasons after purchasing a ticket.

・Tickets and other fees will not be refunded even if entry is prohibited or exited due to violation of this agreement.

・This event is an event with multiple artists performing, so the performing artists may be changed or canceled at short notice, but cancellations, changes, and refunds cannot be made after ticket purchase.

・If the performance is canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as stormy weather, the ticket fee will not be refunded.

■ About tickets

・Even if you present a printout or screenshot, you will not be able to enter.

・When ticketing is ready, we will send you an email with instructions on how to issue a ticket.

・Tickets purchased at this reception are not eligible for official resale.

・On the day of the event, selling tickets for an unreasonable amount around the venue, or selling tickets to an unspecified number of people through the Internet, auctions, etc. will be considered resale regardless of the transaction amount or reason. Therefore, we will refuse admission to tickets purchased from other than the official ticket sales site posted on the official website. Please note that the ticket price will not be refunded.

・On the day of the event, any troubles arising from the transfer or resale must be resolved between the parties concerned.
