This time's WAIFU will be a special outdoor autonomous rave at Kinone Pension, located next to the Narita Airport runway, a place that symbolizes the history of the conflict between state power, capitalism, and the coexistence of rural areas, nature. Surrounded by the airport on all sides and with planes flying by, the place has been maintained and lived in by local residents for many years, and is now a special place that is filled with a history of struggle and a desire for peace and coexistence. ★取材撮影のお知らせ★
このWAIFUは、当日、WAIFUの公式SNSの撮影のほか、アーティストのウェンデリン・ファン・オルデンボルフによる新作映像作品『Lyrical Vengeance』の撮影にも参加しています。参加することで、撮影に同意したものとみなされますので、ご理解いただけると幸いです。又、個別でカメラマンが協力を願う場合がありますが、個人を特定されても問題のない方はご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。

★開催場所について

今回の会場となる「木の根ペンション」は、長く続く空港反対運動の中で農村地域、都市部、生産者、消費者を結ぶ交流の場として1989年に畑の農道脇に建てられました。

2000年代に入り地域が丸ごと空港に買収される中で政府公団からの撤去要請を拒否する形で、現在の場所に移築され現在に至っています。

360 度、空港に囲まれ、敷地は約 500坪、2 階建ての一軒家とたくさんの木々が茂る庭が

あり、10m×20m のプールもあります。「ペンション」と呼ばれていますが、現在は宿泊施

設としての業務は休止しており、住民が住み継ぎながら、建物と土地の維持管理をしています。塀を隔てた空港は、1.5m のアスファルトで埋め尽され、数百トンもの飛行機が飛び交い、まさしく資本主義と石油文明 の象徴で、その中に、土があり木があり鳥が飛び人が住む場所「木の根ペンション」があるというのは、資本主義にドップリと浸かって生きていながらも、一方では、土からは離れては生きて行けないという人類の抱える混沌と矛盾を象徴し た場所ともいえます。この場所で、成田闘争当時の様な過激な言葉や暴力ではなく多様な生き方や考え方を認め合う平和的なイベントで社会と対峙し、「木の根ペンション」を未来永劫、受け継いでいくために、今回は敬意と平和維持の思いを込めペンションの住人と共にイベントを行います。その為、今回の「木の根食堂」とオフィシャルバーの収益は全て木の根ペンションの維持管理の為に使っていただきます。そして、さらなる利益があった場合は、palestinejpn.comに掲載のガザで支援を求める人達のGFM、またBoiler RoomなどKKR/Superstructへ買収されたイベント/プラットフォームなどからのオファーを倫理的理由で断った東京を拠点とするDJやアーティストへの報酬を補填するStrike Fund設立資金へと寄付する予定です。

今も尚、第三滑走路建設の為に土地が奪われようとしている住民がおられます。24時間営業できない成田空港の第三滑走路の必要性は今となっては全くありません。
皆様にはこの機会に農民が自分達の田畑を守るために戦った成田三里塚闘争の歴史を是非調べて頂きたいです。そのため、今回はパーティー中に木の根の管理者による過去の三里塚闘争の舞台になった場所へのツアーを企画しております。

★三里塚闘争戦跡ツアー
・写真撮影OK。

・通常立ち入り禁止の重要拠点を3カ所回ります。

・車椅子の方、障がいをお持ちの方は介助者同行でお願いします。
参加費：　1人¥3,000 （各回定員4名まで。最小催行人数3人。予約優先）
所要時間：約60〜70分
ツアー時間：18時、20時、22時、翌8時半、10時

※イベント状況や天候によって開催内容や回数に変動ありますので予めご了承ください。

★飲食の持ち込みについて

会場内持ち込み一切禁止です。

木の根ペンションの住人やWAIFUは自然環境を大変重要視しておりますので、プラスチックゴミ削減の為、今回使う食器類は全てリユース食器です。ドリンクに関しても缶、瓶、ペットボトルの販売はありません。(リユース食器は有料での提供になります。マイ食器やマイカップを持参して頂くと食器代は無料になります。)

会場内にゴミ箱も設置しませんので、ゴミは全てお持ち帰りください。(生理用品のみトイレ内のゴミ箱をご使用できます。)そして、今回提供して頂くフードは、地元の有機野菜を中心に地元住民による手作りヴィーガンフードです。ドリンクは地元住民の手作り発酵ドリンクなども用意しております。成田空港建設と闘って地元民が守り抜いた木が生い茂る木の根ペンションで、地元の畑で作られた有機野菜のヴィーガンフードを皆様方が購入し、美味しく頂く事に大きな意味があります。ですので、是非こちらのフードブースをご利用いただきます様お願いいたします。
但し人道的配慮で持ち込みが必要な方は事前にメールをいただければ持ち込み可能です。

尚こちらの水は地下水で蛇口から大変美味しく飲んで頂くことができます。お水が必要な方は無料で自由に飲んでいただけますので(マイカップ、マイ水筒持参推進)、その分フードやドリンクなどを購入して頂き成田の農家をサポートとして頂きます様お願い申し上げます。


★注意事項

■会場内での違法薬物の持ち込みは一切禁じます。見つけ次第退場頂きます事をご了承ください。

■ 会場内にいるオフィシャルカメラマンが撮影した写真は映画『Lyrical Vengeance』の他今後WAIFUの公式SNSや雑誌、メディアに使用させて頂く可能性がございますのでご了承ください。
■ 航空機の運航を妨げる行為( 航空機へのレーザーポインター、各種ボール、フリス

ビー、ブーメラン凧等、飛ぶ物の使用 は絶対禁止)

■喫煙所以外での喫煙

■ 空港警備員に対する絡み行為

■その他、破損や他人の嫌がる行為、違法行為。
■ 「場所取り」は禁止です。ピクニックチェアや敷物を広げたままの場合は「誰が使っても良い」と言うサインだとさせていただきます。

■ 小雨の場合は決行しますが、台風などの極度の悪天候の場合は開催を翌日9/14に延期いたします。その際のチケットの払い戻しや変更等のお知らせは改めていたします。

■ 会場内は草が生茂り凹凸もありますので履物にはお気をつけください。

■ロッカーもクロークもありません。盗難や紛失の責任は一切負いかねますので、荷物管理はご自身で十分注意頂く様お願い申し上げます。

★推奨する持ち物
■ 敷物、ピクニックチェアなど皆で共有できるもの。

■ レインコートや長靴、傘などの雨具 (台風などの場合以外、基本的に雨天決行します。雨が降ると水溜りができやすい箇所もあるので、長靴や水に強い靴をお勧めします)

■ 虫除けスプレーなどの虫除けグッズ (会場は木や草が生い茂っていて非常に虫が多いです)

■ 虫刺され薬、バンドエイドなど

■ 現金(クレジットカードは一切使えません。成田空港までATMもコンビニもありません)

■ 携帯灰皿、マイカップ、マイプレートなど

★「できること」へのご協力のお願い

このイベントは多くのボランティアスタッフにご協力いただいております。イベント中やイベント終了後の清掃など、各自「できること」のご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。

喫煙者の方は、会場に吸い殻を捨てることのない様携帯灰皿の持参をお願い致します。

★会場のトイレは全て男女兼用です。性別に関係なくご自分が使いやすいトイレを使用して頂けます。バリアフリートイレが必要な方は事前にお知らせください。

SANRITSUKA HISTORICAL TOUR

-Photography ok

-You will go to three historically important places ordinarily closed to the public

-If you are in a wheelchair or require assistance, please join together with someone else


Tour cost: 3000 yen (up to 4 people, minimum 3; advance reservations recommended)

Length: about 60-70 minutes

Times: 18:00, 20:00, 22:00, 08:00, 10:00

-Please be aware that these times and content may change depending on weather conditions.

*LOCATION

Kinone Pension is a space at the center of efforts to resist the building and expansion of

Narita Airport. It was built in 1989 at the intersection of several rural roads as a place to bring together people from the country and the city, producers and consumers. In 2000, the whole area was bought up by the airport but the pension rejected government requests to vacate and the building and land remain in their original condition.


The property is surrounded on all sides by the airport and consists of 1650m2 of land with

many trees and a two-story house and garden with a 10m x 20m pool. It’s called a pension,

but currently it’s not being used in this way and instead has long-term residents who take

care of the building and property.

Separated by only a fence from the airport, a symbol of capitalism and petroleum culture

where everything is covered in 1.5m of asphalt and planes weighing hundreds of tons fly in

and out, yet still surrounded by earth and trees and inhabited by birds and people, Kinone

Pension can be said to symbolize the contradictions of a system that asks those who live in

it to separate themselves from the earth.

This party is a joint effort of the WAIFU organizers and artists and the residents of Kinone Pension based on mutual respect and dreams of peace. The people of Kinone Pension are providing food and drink; all profits from food and drink (bar) sales will go to them to 

help with their maintenance and upkeep of the space. All profits from admission to the event will be donated to people in Gaza through palestinejpn.com and to the establishment of a strike fund for DJs in Japan and Asia and others who refuse bookings that would require them to be complicit in genocide, such as Boiler Room (KKR) and others. 

 

*FOOD AND DRINK

Please do not bring in outside food and drink.

The people of Kinone Pension are extremely conscious of environmental issues

and so this time we are using reusable dishes and cups to reduce plastic trash. For drinks,

there will not be cans or glass or plastic bottles sold. (If you do not bring your own cups and

dishes, you will need to get them from the venue; there will be a deposit and partial refund in the form of tokens which can be spent in the venue. We recommend bringing your own.)

There will be no trash cans in the venue, so please take home all your trash (excluding

period products which can be disposed of in receptacles in the toilets.) All food sold at the

venue is made with organic vegetables from local farms and is vegan. There will be locally

produced drinks (beer, sake etc) on sale as well. It is meaningful for everyone involved that

people coming to the party eat food made with ingredients produced by the local farmers

that have fought against Narita Airport and preserved Kinone Pension. We really hope

everyone will try this food and also support the local people and their resistance project

(100% of profits from food and drink will go directly to Kinone Pension).

If you have special needs involving food or drink and need to bring your own, please contact

us. The water at the venue is from a well and is completely drinkable (and also good!) and will be freely available (but bring your own container!). But it would be amazing if you could

spend some money on food or drinks from the people at the venue too to support.


*CAREFUL

-Do not bring illegal substances to the event. We will have to ask anyone found with such substances to leave the party.

-There will be official photographers; if you want photos please ask them to take yours and we will share later. We will keep these photos too and possibly use them on social or other media and the movie’Lyrical Vengeance’ with permission.)

-Do NOT do anything that would interfere with aircraft or fly onto runways (so no use of laser

pointers, balls, frisbees, boomerangs or other flying objects).

-Do not throw cigarette butts into the fires.

-Do not bother airport staff or guards.

-If there are major changes -- rescheduling or cancelation -- In the event of light rain, the event will go ahead, but in the event of a typhoon or other natural disaster, it will be postponed to the following day, September 14th.we will notify you by email. In<
