厚木市 荻野運動公園 多目的広場（神奈川県厚木市）

※競技場ではなく多目的広場での開催となります。
*The venue will NOT be at the Athletic Field(Tracks) but at the Multi-purpose Square.

【 アクセス ／ Access 】
会場となる【荻野運動公園】は、【小田急電鉄小田原線 本厚木駅】から車で20分程度の場所です。大会当日は、本厚木駅周辺からシャトルバスを運行します。
また、大会会場周辺に大会参加者専用の臨時駐車場を準備します。ただし、台数に限りがありますので、シャトルバス、公共交通機関、または乗り合わせでの移動にご協力をお願いいたします。
なお、荻野運動公園内に駐車場はございますが、大会当日は選手の方の駐車ができませんので、ご理解とご協力のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
臨時駐車場、シャトルバスの詳細は、決まり次第、お知らせします。
The venue, [Ogino Sports Park], is about a 20-minute drive from [Hon-Atsugi Station] on the Odawara Line. On the day of the tournament, shuttle buses will be running from the area around Hon-Atsugi Station.
In addition, a temporary parking lot for tournament participants will be set up in the area around the tournament venue. However, as there is a limited number of spaces, we ask for your cooperation in using the shuttle buses, public transport, or carpooling.
There is a parking lot within the Ogino Athletic Park, but please understand that it will NOT be available for use by players on the day of the tournament.
Details of the temporary parking lot and shuttle bus will be announced as soon as they are decided.

9,000円／チーム
JPY 9,000 (around 60€) per team

3名～５名
Number of team members: 3 to 5 players/teams
・協会でマッチングは行いません。
・3名のチームは3名全員がプレーする必要があり、1セット最大4名までプレーすることが可能です。
・4名～5名のチームは、セット（50点ゲーム）ごとに出場する選手を変更可能であり、3名～4名でプレーします。
・1チーム3名未満、6名以上でのエントリーはできません。
・JMA will not organize teams.
・Teams of 3 players must have all 3 players play.
・Up to 4 players can play in a set.
・Teams of 4 to 5 players can change the players for each set (50-point games), and play with either 3 or 4 players.
・Teams of less than 3 players or more than 6 players cannot enter as a team.

1. 公認団体様 優先エントリー
エントリー資格：JMA公認団体様（1団体1枠）
募集期間：3月14日（金）20:00～3月28日（金）23:59（日本時間）
募集数：130チーム（先着順)
※JMA選手登録は必須ではありません
1. Priority entry for JMA authorised organisations
・Entry qualification: being a team from a JMA authorised organisation
・Entry period: from 20:00 o to 23:59 on March 28th(JST)
・Number of slots: 130 teams(first-come first served)
* JMA player registration is not required.
2. 一般エントリー
エントリー資格：（先着順方式）
募集期間：4月１日20:00～4月30日23:59（日本時間）
※JMA選手登録は必須ではありません

３. 追加エントリー
エントリー資格：（抽選方式）
募集期間：4月2１日20:00～4月27日23:59（日本時間）

※コンビニエンスストアでの決済を選択される方は、
当選連絡後、4月30日23:59までにお支払いをお願いいたします。
支払い確認が出来なかった場合は、次点者へ権利が移りますので十分にご注意ください。
3. Additional Entry

【よくある質問・FAQ】
Q1：ジャパンオープンは誰でも参加できますか？JMA選手登録は必要ですか？
A1：エントリーのチーム上限数は決まっておりますが、特別な参加条件というものはございません。ジャパンオープンに関しては、JMA選手登録は必須ではありません。ご家族・ご友人の方を誘って気軽にエントリーOKです。
Q1. Can anyone participate in the Japan Open? Is it necessary to register as a JMA player?
A1. The maximum number of teams is fixed, but there are no special conditions for participation. For the Japan Open, JMA player registration is not required. Feel free to invite your family and friends to enter.
Q2：後日メンバー変更は可能ですか？
A2：やむを得ない事情でメンバー変更を行う際は、以下までメールにてご連絡ください。
なお、メンバー変更については、5月10日まで受付予定です。

Q2. Is it possible to change members later?
A2: If you wish to change members due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact us via email below. Please note that requests for member changes will be accepted until May 10th.

Q3：チーム人数が2名になりますが、試合への出場は可能でしょうか？
A3：エントリーは3～5名で承っておりますので、2名でのエントリーは不可です。
ただし、試合当日の不慮の事故など、やむを得ない場合は、1名欠けているという状態で試合への参加は可能です。
※3名から2名に変更になってしまった場合、欠場されている1名は投擲が回ってくる毎に投擲ミスという扱いで試合を行って下さい。
Q3. There will be two people in our team. Will we still be able to participate in the match?
A3: We accept teams whose members are 3 to 5 people. Entry with 2 people is not accepted.
*If the number of players is unavoidably changed from 3 to 2, please treat the throw of the missing player as a misthrow every time.
Q4：当日の服装に決まりはありますか？
A4：特にございません。動きやすい格好でしたら問題ございません。
チームユニフォームや、コスプレなどで目立つのもOKです。
ただし、「ハイヒールや革靴」などは認めておりません。運動靴で参加をお願いします。
Q4: Are there any rules about what to wear?
A4: Nothing in particular. There is no problem as long as you are dressed in a way that allows you to move easily.
It is OK to stand out in team uniforms, cosplay, etc.
However, high heels and leather shoes are not permitted. Please participate in sports shoes.
Q5：同じ代表者が複数チーム分エントリーできますか？
A5：同じ代表者が複数回エントリーすることはできません。
また、エントリーに関する注意点は下記の通りとなります。
・コンビニ払いを選択された方で、期日までにお支払いがなかった場合、エントリー取り消しとなりますのでご注意ください。
・1チーム1回のお申し込みとなります。
・登録するメンバーは、他のチームに重複して登録することはできません。
・エントリー完了後、他のチームへの参加枠の譲渡も不可となります。
上記の注意事項が守られない場合や、不正行為と判断された場合、エントリーの取り消しをさせていただくことがあります。
Q5:Can the same representative make entries for multiple teams?
Ａ5:The same representative cannot make entries for multiple teams.
Please note the following regarding entry.
*1.Please note that if you choose to pay at a convenience store and do not pay by the deadline, your entry will be cancelled.
*2. Each team can only apply once.
*3. Members registered by the representative as part of the team cannot be duplicated in other teams. (The same representative or team members cannot apply multiple times.)
*4. Transferring winning slots is prohibited.
If the above precautions are not followed, or if any fraudulent action to increase the chances of winning is detected, the winning status of that team will be cancelled.
