B.W.改め、龍谷大学Broadway Musical Circleが自信を持ってお贈りする今年で７本目となる公演作品はアイーダです。
この作品は、ヴェルディ作曲のオペラ「アイーダ」を元にして描かれた壮大な愛の物語です。
ミュージカル版アイーダは、今日全米演劇界で最も権威ある賞と見なされているトニー賞で、４部門において受賞しました。
物語は、国を侵され奴隷となったヌビア国の王女アイーダと、隣国の制圧を進めるエジプト王国の、王女アムネリスと将軍ラダメスの三角関係の愛を軸に大きく展開します。
また舞台楽曲は、全米音楽賞のグラミー賞を獲得。ライオンキングの作曲でタッグを組んだエルトン・ジョン、ティム・ライスの2作目のミュージカルです。ロック、レゲエ、ゴスペルなど幅広いジャンルにディズニーらしいポップさを加えた壮大な音楽は、拍手が止まず公演が一時中断してしまうほどの感動を届けました。舞台を包み込む情熱的なバラードや心震わせるカンパニーソングの数々にどうぞご期待ください。

前売り券は一般800円、学生400円となっております。
当日券は一般1000円、学生500円となります。
学生の方は学生証をお持ちください。

Ryukoku University's Broadway Musical Circle proudly presents its seventh production, AIDA!
Winner of four Tony® Awards, this timeless Disney love story based on the classic opera by Verdi, is an epic tale of love, loyalty and betrayal. It centers on the love triangle between Aida, a Nubian princess stolen from her homeland, Amneris, an Egyptian princess, and Radames, the warrior they both love. The exhilarating Grammy® Award-winning score by Elton John and Tim Rice, ranges from rock and reggae to gospel and Motown and features soaring ballads and rousing ensemble numbers.
