Refund Policy for Presentation Tickets

  • Presentation tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
  • If your submitted abstract is not accepted after review, you may change　your ticket to a listener ticket or another category.
  • In that case, the price difference will be refunded, excluding the bank transfer fee.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or failure to submit an abstract by the deadline.
  • If the symposium itself is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters or organizer issues), the full ticket fee will be refunded.

国際シンポジウム「Origin of Life」は、生命の起源に関する最先端の研究成果や新しい視点を共有するため、世界中の研究者・学生・関心のある方々が一堂に会する国際イベントです。
会場参加・オンライン参加ともに、活発な発表とディスカッション、分野を超えた交流の機会をご用意しています。
専門家はもちろん、学生や一般の方も、どうぞお気軽にご参加ください。

プレゼンテーションチケットの返金ポリシー

  • プレゼンテーションチケットは購入後、原則返金できません。
  • 審査の結果、演題が不採択となった場合は、一般リスナーチケットまたは他の該当チケットへ変更が可能です。
  • その場合、差額分のみ返金いたします（振込手数料は差し引かれます）。
  • 個人的な理由（都合によるキャンセル、スケジュール変更、未提出など）による返金はできません。
  • 天災や主催者側の事情によりシンポジウム自体が中止となった場合には、チケット代金を全額返金いたします。

If you wish to present, please register your abstract using the registration form provided in the confirmation email after your purchase.
No cancellations, refunds, or changes will be accepted after purchase.Any tickets obtained fraudulently will be invalid.

Accommodation Reservation (First-come, First-served: 20 slots / Reservation Voucher)
For symposium participants, we offer an accommodation reservation voucher (up to 20 people) at a nearby hotel.
This voucher only secures your room in advance; payment for the stay must be made by each guest at the hotel upon arrival.
No advance payment to the organizer is required.
If you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed information.
Note: If you need to cancel, please contact us via the inquiry form by August 17.
