【Notes Regarding Entry 】
【エントリーに関する注意点】

Following information will be required at an entry:

(1) Team name (in English letters)

(2) Team representative: name, gender, age group, address, phone number, email address

(4) Team members: name, gender, age group for all team members

To avoid duplicate registrations with other teams, please confirm with your team members. 

Team names should be within 30 characters in width, avoiding special characters (symbols, marks, umlauts, etc.). Do not use special characters (symbols, umlauts, etc.) which may cause garbled text in emails from JMA or in match tables of the tournament.

Notes on entry: ※1. The lottery will be held on April 21st. Results will be notified via email from LivePocket to email addresses registered. (Emails from LivePocket may be sorted into the spam folder depending on your email settings. Please be aware of this.) For those who won the lottery and chose "payment at convenience store" on application, the payment procedure for the entry fee will be described in the email, so please complete the procedure by the deadline. Payment of the entry fee constitutes completion of the entry process. For those who chose "credit card payment" on application, payment will be automatically processed, so no additional steps are required. ※If payment is not made by the deadline, your team will be removed from the selection list. ※2. Each team can only apply once. ※3. Members registered by the representative as part of the team cannot be duplicated in other teams. (The same representative or team members cannot apply multiple times.) ※4. Transferring winning slots is prohibited. If the above precautions are not followed, or if any fraudulent action to increase the chances of winning is detected, the winning status of that team will be cancelled.

　・エントリーの際に必要な情報は、「チーム名」「チーム代表者の氏名、年代、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス」「チーム代表者以外の全チームメンバーの氏名、性別、年代」となります。
※チーム名・氏名は必ず英語表記（ローマ字表記も可）で入力下さい（日本語不可）
他のチームと二重登録とならないよう、チームメンバーに確認のうえ登録ください。なお、チーム名は半角30文字相当以内とし、特殊文字（記号やマーク、ウムラウトなど）は使用しないでください。特殊文字を使用された場合、日本モルック協会から送信されるメールや大会で使用される対戦表などにおいて、文字化けが起こる可能性がございます。

・抽選方式となり、抽選日に当落をお知らせするメールがLivePocketから、申し込み時に登録いただいたメールアドレスに届きます。

　（ご自身のメーラーの設定次第では、LivePocketから送信されるメールが迷惑メールフォルダに振り分けられる場合がございます。ご注意ください。）

　
→申込時に「コンビニ払い」を選択された場合、当選された方のメールには、エントリー費の支払い手順が記載されておりますので、期日までにお手続きをお願いいたします。エントリー費用の支払いをもってエントリー完了となります。

　
→申込時に「クレジットカード決済」を選択された場合は、当選した場合に自動的に決済が行われますので、追加のお手続きはございません。

※期日までにお支払いいただけなかった場合、当選取り消しとなりますので、ご注意ください。

・18歳未満の方のみで参加されるチームにつきましては、「保護者の氏名」「電話番号」の情報もエントリーの際に必要となります。

・また、合理的配慮のご希望をお伺いさせていただきます。

・1チーム1回のお申し込みとなります。

　・登録するメンバーは、他のチームに重複して登録することはできません。

　・当選後の他のチームへの譲渡も不可となります。

【Notes on Entry Fees】

【参加費に関する注意点】

Please pay by credit card. Note that entry will be considered complete upon confirmation of payment.

  * As an entry system fee, a 5% charge (JPY 825) is added to the participation fee.

Once the entry period opens, you can purchase tickets after providing the required entry information.

Entry fees include sports injury insurance coverage for the event day.

After your payment of entry fee, refunds due to participant withdrawal cannot be accommodated.

In case if the event is cancelled, refunds will be accommodated partially after deducting tournament preparation costs.

Please apply only if you agree to these terms. Applicants will be considered to have agreed to these terms upon submission.
 

・お支払い方法は、クレジットカード、コンビニ払いよりお選びいただけます。なお、入金確認ができた時点でエントリー完了となりますので、予めご了承ください。

　※エントリーシステム料として、参加費と合わせて参加費の5％（825円）がかかりますことをご了承ください。

※コンビニ払いの手数料は上記エントリーシステム料に加えて220円かかりますことをご了承ください。

・エントリー可能期間になりましたら、エントリーに必要な情報をご入力いただいた上で、チケットを購入できるようになります。

・参加費には、当日のスポーツ傷害保険費用が含まれます。

・大会が中止の場合は、大会準備費用等を差し引いた上で部分的に返金いたします。

・参加費をいったんお支払いいただいた以降は、参加者都合による辞退の場合は返金致しかねますことをご了承ください。

・これらの点に同意いただける方のみ、お申し込みください。お申し込みされた方は、同意されたものとみなします。

【Notes on Photos, Videos, etc.】

【写真、動画などについての注意点】

Players and spectators are advised that by attending the event, they may become subjects of photographs or videos taken by the JMA or participants. Participation implies acceptance for these photos/videos to be exposed on the internet, etc.

If not accepted, there is a possibility that prizes or cash awards may not be presented.

Maintain proper etiquette during photo/video shooting (avoid disrupting matches, obtain permission from all players on the court during match recording, keep pathways clear, etc.), and consider exposure on the internet (avoid defamation, do not capture scenes invading privacy, etc.). In case of inappropriate shooting, the event organisers may demand location change, cessation of shooting, or removal from the venue. Troubles related to photography by participants, exposure on the internet, theft, etc., need to be resolved among the parties involved; JMA and the venue owner hold no responsibility.

・選手及び観客の皆様におかれましては、JMAまたは参加者の方々による写真、動画の被写体になり得ること、及びこれら写真／動画がインターネットなどに露出し得ることに同意いただける場合のみ、本大会にご参加ください。
また、同意頂けない場合には、賞品・賞金の贈呈ができなくなる場合がございます。

・選手及び観客の皆様同士で、写真／動画撮影時のマナー（試合進行の妨げにならない、試合撮影時は当該コートの選手全員の許可を得る、移動導線をふさがない、など）、インターネットなどへの露出に関するマナー（他人の誹謗中傷を避ける、プライバシーに関わるシーンを写さない、など）をお守りください。不適切な撮影と大会側が判断した場合には撮影場所移動、撮影中止、会場からの排除などを要求する場合がございます。なお、参加者同士による撮影、インターネットなどへの露出、盗難などに関するトラブルは当事者で解決していただくこととし、JMA及び会場は一切責任を負いません。

【Criteria for Event Cancellation】

【大会中止基準】

In the event of cancellation, notice will be provided on the website and via email by the day before the event:

Upon requests from the government or local authorities, or when discretion for refraining is deemed necessary during the event period.

When warnings (heavy rain, strong winds, floods, heavy snow) or special warnings are issued or anticipated, and when damage occurs due to disasters in the event location.

Even if damage occurs in other regions without direct impact on the event location or neighbouring areas, when participation becomes difficult due to disruptions in transportation or there is an anticipated risk of secondary disasters by participating.

When it is deemed difficult to secure event organisers, officials, and referees, resulting in significant hindrance to event operations.

中止の際は、開催前日までにHPならびにメールでお知らせします

・大会期間中に政府や地方自治体からの要請、そのほか自粛の判断が必要となるとき

・警報（大雨、強風、洪水、大雪）または特別警報が発令、またはそれが予想されるときおよび開催地に災害等の被害が発生しているとき

・被害が他の地域で発生し、開催地または近隣地域に直接的な影響がない場合でも、交通機関の乱れにより大会に参加することが困難な場合、または参加することにより二次災害のおそれがあると予想されるとき

・大会の主催・主管者、競技役員および審判員の確保が困難で、大会運営に重大な支障を来すと判断されたとき

JMA aims for barrier-free and universal event management, welcoming everyone from children to the elderly, regardless of disabilities or age limitations.

Teams requiring reasonable accommodations, contact mm2024hakodate@gmail.com (JMA World Championship section) via email in advance. 

Subsequently, JMA’s welfare department will follow up with a hearing sheet and consultations.

日本モルック協会は、『スポーツを通じた共生社会の実現』を協会理念の一つとして掲げ、主催する公式大会においては、子供から高齢者、障害のある方　全ての人が安全かつ快適に参加できる、バリアフリーでユニバーサルな大会運営を目指しております。
